This Honda Civic was built to compete in the AMEC Ice racing series. The rules allow for the car to be a semi Tubeframe retaining the original firewall and floorpan. I designed the suspension to work both with the 27" Menard ice tires as well as 20" slicks so the car can be run on tarmac in the summer. The car has dominated it's class on ice but has yet to be run during the summer months.
The car is powered with a supercharged B16C engine that is solid mounted on the chassis as a semi stressed member.
